I get the feeling that the Clippers are just stuck. I would be surprised to see a trade. they just have to hope their guys can be healthy at this point. Kawhi was elite when he was but going into the offseason with another injury is just brutal luck.

I think it isn’t just bad luck anymore and have serious doubts we’re gonna see Kawhi healthy for any meaningful stretch again.

Tbh - his injury issues are a bigger concern than his age. If the Heat offered the Jazz Jimmy Butler right now, today. . . I’d expect them to jump at the chance. And he’s about 5 months older.

We know DA likes wings AND he likes to hunt stars. If he can get a guy like PG at a discount, I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see him look at it. I’d probably pass, but I’d at least have the conversation.
