Dame Time

I mean, Sexton, Olynyk, THT and remaining cap space I think get the Jazz to matching.

Pretty sure Portland would want one or two of the draftees to go along with that package and picks.

I would have loved Dame about 5 years ago, but I'm not sure if it would be worth it, though. However, if we got Maxey instead, he seems to be the type of young PG that we would need.

He is such a passive aggressive bitch. Close to Mitchell in that regard.
Lillard stayed loyal for 11 years and made it out of the first round as many times as they ended up in the lottery. Donovan sabotaged this team 5 years in and planted a story about him running and jumping around a golf course when he got traded to Cleveland. They are not the same.

There are very few players as disingenuous as Donovan Mitchell. Dude is heir to Derek Fisher.

Really? I don't feel that way. Dude has been super loyal to PDX. Sometimes change is good for everyone. It's run its course and time for Dame to move on.
Super loyal? He is always super passive aggressive and the blazers always bend to his wishes. Last season they were able to snag an all star caliber player in Grant for him but they still weren't good enough because Lillard is simply not good enough. The blazers finally do the right thing and keep Scoot who should be a really good player immediately and he loses his ****. This era of the nba is so annoying because these stars act like they are entitled to win championships and the second a team does what is in the best interest long term instead of wrecklessly go all in immediately they lose there ****.

He's been loyal long enough and probably got tired of Portland not taking it seriously on accommodating him a good enough help. Miami is a very good choice for him.

We already have Maxey. His name is Sexton.

What a load of crap. Did the blazers not take him seriously last year when they added an all star caliber player in Grant? Did they not take him seriously a few years earlier when they brought in Norman Powell and Covington? The blazers have constantly been swinging for the fences to appease Lillard.
