That's from prepping to shoot the long ball. Need a lot of upper body strength proportionally more in the triceps to heave from 30+ feet away. It's the first thing I started to lose as I got older, other than my immense vertical jump, and I got most of it back by focusing on shoulders, tri's and pec's in the gym.
