There is absolutely no way that they are/aren’t including that in the trade right now though.<<enter ridiculously confident sounding post about what is or isn't included in the negotiation right now>>
^that's how you do it, right?
To what end? We're going to ask for the moon because Lauri's the best player on earth but we're going to pay him less than that? I don't see the upside.I would give him the max this year if it meant taking some off the later years.
We’re asking for the moon because we absolutely have all the leverage and don’t have to trade him. Plus look what Mikal Bridges who is a worse player just went for.To what end? We're going to ask for the moon because Lauri's the best player on earth but we're going to pay him less than that? I don't see the upside.
Just pay the dude (unless the matter of "savings" is tangibly important).
Per sources, Keegan, Kuminga, and Vassell are off the table at the moment.Locked on Kings host says he knows for a fact that San Antonio, Sacramento, and Golden State have all submitted offers for Lauri.
If you keep asking that, Danny will turn this trade around...Are we there yet?
Yeah, I should probably move the Kings down my list of suitors, but I do have a weird feeling they might get desperate.Per sources, Keegan, Kuminga, and Vassell are off the table at the moment.
That might be a really good situation for Lauri as well. If Zion could ****ing stay healthy. To me the Pelicans are the dark horse team. They have enough draft capital to make a great offer without having any player talent come back. They have enough reason to be desperate. Lauri is a great fit next to Zion.
They got the following draft capital:
- 2025 Lakers Pick
- 2025 Bucks pick top 4 protected
- 2026 swap with Bucks
- 2027 first from Milwaukee
- They have complete control of their own draft capital (first rounders)
