There is no evidence Trump was ever at any property owned by Epstein. There is no evidence Trump was ever on Epstein's plane. The times Trump's name comes up in the flight logs of Epstein's plane, it is not as a passenger but instead as a destination.

The NY Mag Intelligencer is not a right wing publication, but they are more honest than the garbage you read.

What did the January 3 batch say about Trump?​

In short: not much. His name was mentioned four times in a May 2016 deposition of Johanna Sjoberg, one of Epstein’s alleged victims, who said she was around him from 2001 to 2006.

Sjoberg said that while flying on one of Epstein’s planes, they made an unplanned stop in Atlantic City and went to “one of Trump’s casinos.” She recalled that when she relayed the pilot’s message that they would need to land in New Jersey, “Jeffrey said, ‘Great, we’ll call up Trump and we’ll go to’ — I don’t recall the name of the casino, but — ‘we’ll go to the casino.’”

One of the 17 exhibits unsealed on January 8 contained references to Trump, but they were from emails an Epstein victim had sent to a journalist that she later recanted.

Let's say you are intelligent, successful, a good leader, wealthy, and a good person. Why the hell would you want to be a part of government when the civilians in this country hate everyone in government?

If we talk about how bad the government sucks and how corrupt they are and how much we hate them while also never praising the government when they do something good then what do we expect?

How much publicity or discussion or praise happened when the government banned medical debt from credit reports? When they cracked down on junk fees? When they capped credit card fees? When they negotiated lower drug prices? When they expanded overtime pay? When they started a program to increase housing supply and lower housing costs?

I posted all that information and there wasn't a single person who had a single positive comment about any of it.

Every time I see anything positive posted about anything at all you can go look in the comments section and see nothing but bitching by everyone about the good news.

I mean we dont have to re elect margory Taylor green each year but we do. We could have voted for Nikki Hailey in the primaries and maybe she is a horrible crook but maybe she isn't. She almost certainly a less horrible crook than trump is. We could have voted in Bernie Sanders instead of Biden and as far as I know he doesn't have any scandals and is a good human. One of the problems is that election system in the primaries is set up to make only the most extreme be the ones who choose the candidates.


I dont know how to fix it but a big part of how to fix it is to at least try to vote for least corrupt, less douchebaggy, less dishonest person. If political candidates see that the American people are voting for the most corrupt, biggest liars, and biggest douchebags then we are literally encouraging them to lie more, be corrupt, and act like bigger douchebags than they already are. By voting for Trump we are encouraging politicians to be more like trump.
This is why I will never vote for Trump.

I do agree that there should be celebrating the successes. In fact if that was the case instead of the constant smearing of others it would make the biggest difference… and as you’ve said we partly have ourselves to blame.

I rarely read the political threads for this reason. I’ll check in here and there out of obligation and just to see if it’s the same nonsense sans discourse.

My concern with the wins is that they all have to be poisoned with some losses to get them through and all seem paid for by companies with large pockets preparing the way for their future products. For those here worried about grooming, you should be more worried about companies paying politicians, their products, those products in relation to the EPA and FDA, as well as their methods of advertising (numbing) and any reported or unreported addictive properties.

Here is a win. Drug companies being forced to report payments to doctors for drugs they prescribe, even if it’s a year plus behind when the public can see it.

It’ll probably take some catastrophe to change politics in this country, but I can’t imagine what it would be.

Trump and Biden are most likely both scum. The people on both sides say some pretty scummy things, down to this site, down to this thread.

Sorry Fish, tough to wade through the scum to find a post here or there worth celebrating, but you are right. If we all stopped blasting & cursing, we might find a few bright spots. They might not be the same spots, but that’s ok.

That is an interesting piece of propaganda. It was made by Steve Baer, a conservative propagandist in the never-Trump camp. That isn't to say there wasn't a Katie Johnson who filed frivolous lawsuits around the time of the 2016 election which were all dismissed by US District Court Judge Dolly Gee, who was appointed by Obama, but that video and supposed testimony weren't part of it. It is open question on the person appearing in that video being the same person who filed the frivolous lawsuits under the name Katie Johnson or if it was an actress hired by Steve Baer. Many news outlets investigated back when Baer was originally pushing this video but no one could find anything confirmable other than Steve Baer had created it. A few weeks later the Access Hollywood tape leaked and Baer's piece of propaganda was largely forgotten.

I’ve never voted for Trump or wanted to, I’ve never voted for Hilary or Biden or wanted to. Sadly nobody worth voting for will win in this current state of democracy.
