Sleep trouble

I can’t. Those God damn wires. I move all over when I sleep. It would be a nightmare.
Mine has zero wires. Maybe you are thinking of hoses. Ya moving around a lot isn't great with a CPAP. Though...... Maybe you wouldn't move around so much if you wore a CPAP and you were sleeping better.

Agreed. My Father in Law wears one at night and helps him a tuckfon. The tubes take a bit of getting used to, but might be worth it for Apnea or something similar.

I just saw a dozen people or so saying on Reddit how Aleve does wonders for them.

I’m gonna start this tomorrow. Wake up. One tea and one 8 oz coffee. No later than about 1pm. Fluids stop by 5pm. I won’t eat after 7:30pm. And I’ll take an Aleve and a Magnesium pill around 9:30pm.

Aleve is a temp solution. It's still hard on your kidney and liver long term. But it will help you pee less and see if that's the issue.

That wouldn't be the ticket for me. I'm extremely anti taking medicine on a regular basis. I literally take zero medications. Maybe a couple times per year I will take ibuprofen and of course if I get sick then I will take medicine then.

It's crazy how many pills society consumes today. I see people at work with these little pill segregating containers just full of various pills. My wife takes a bunch of crap daily. So do many of my family members.

I'm trying to avoid that for as long as I can.
