Bonuses and wage increases aren't affected much by how the company is doing. The union and the company go to the bargaining table every 3-5 years to negotiate wages and benefits.

My bonus is based 100% off safety participation (reporting a certain number of near misses/safety defects and things like that) and attendance (I always get the maximum amount which is about 2,000 - 3,000 per year since I always have perfect attendance).

My answer to the question of if I feel like they take care of me well is yes. I really like my job. But I would also say that I'm by far in the minority in this feeling. Most of my co workers seem to hate their jobs and complain constantly. I'm pretty easily satisfied and easily happy glass half full optimist though in comparison to most humans.

Yep as I have said and been saying. Kamala is just giving a BS answer because that is what American citizens demand from her.

She can't be honest and say "I'm not going to do anything to relieve Americans of these high prices. Y'all need to spend less and force the market to take care of itself with less demand and hope companies keep increasing the supply and then hope and pray the prices come down on their own"

She says that and she gets crucified even worse than she did for saying she would control prices.

They are mad at the correct administration for being a little bit supportive of Israel.

She hates America and freedom is hyperbole and made up BS. Where as I hear trump talk about how horrible America is every time he speaks.
Also, that was about a 10 second video. This is one of those times where you would tell me I wasn't including context if I posted something like this from trump.
We didn't get to hear what she said before or after that 10 seconds. It's a pretty vague statement with no details of how are why or when or what.

This is one of those follow what I say not what I do things I guess.

Kamala is not a threat to democracy. This election is as simple as that. Too bad we got her because of The Rapist. If he weren't in the picture they wouldn't have panic-picked her. Tonight the Rapist questioned why we even need an election. He's a psycho and I'll be holding my breath waiting to see what kind of insane shenanigans he and the MAGA party(not even close to the Republican party anymore) come up with. A damn shame that kid got greedy and didn't go for the body shot when he had the chance.
