Following Potential 2025 Draftees

Only red flags I see with Fleming are his FT% and his AST/TOV. His shooting probably isn’t THIS good, but he’s been accurate enough that he’s likely a decent shooter. Having said that, I am a little weary of his shooting. Volume is fine, but not super high. Don’t want to get too distracted by the raw 3FG% because we know that can be misleading.

Funny how similar he is to Hendricks as a prospect. The basketball IQ/skills concerns are definitely there….but he has ability in high priority areas.

Think Taylor was a much better prospect, however, due to age and FT%. I had more confidence in TH as a shooter….in hindsight maybe the confidence in TH’s is/was too much.

At this point I am not even putting Demin in the draft. He needs to go back to school. Although grabbing him with the Minny picks would be awesome.

Next year's draft is stronger than this one. If Demin gets feedback that he's a mid 1st-round pick, he'll come out. The risk is that he goes back to school, doesn't have a great sophomore year and ends up getting drafted 10 spots lower and a year later. If an NBA team is willing to develop him, he should come out.

There is truth to that but also the possibility that the gravity AJ is going to bring might free up Demin to and he could have a great season.

Really hope Tre has a great conference play season. He's the guy who's on the outside looking in of the top of this class. If he continues to put up great games, he's probably my 5th overall player. As it stands, he's probably more like 6/7.

Tre has a lot of positional value. Looking at his highlights, it's easy to compare him to Devin Booker at UK. But even if his outcome gets dialed back a bit, the impact that a guy like Kentavious Caldwell-Pope had on the Lakers' bubble championship team and the Nuggets championship team shows the value of a guy who can relocate and quick-release. It seems like he at least tries to move his feet on defense and moves the ball when it makes sense.

If the Jazz can't get in the top 3, then Tre offers a lot of value as a consolation.

Who do you most compare him to? His ability to make contested jumpers is elite, I wish he got a little more separation or was a better ball mover.

Drafting and stashing Michael Ruzic for a year might not be a bad play with the 30th pick. Jazz are starting to accumulate a lot of young players at this point. Ruzic is intriguing and would preserve some trade value.
