This is coming from a pro-criminal for president supporter, I don't see why anybody in the right mind supports Trump. So I'll dumb it down to the level of your insults ("you are stupid") People love history and pop-culture, but they still can't see it.

The U.S. Senate has shown it is fully in Donald Trump's pocket, according to a former Republican strategist.

Conservative Rick Wilson said on Friday that, "the former United States Senate, now clearly a division of Trump Inc., is in full plumage this week: that of the yellow-backed swamp buzzard."

"As I’ve contemplated the hearings this week, it’s clear why they want them all to happen as quickly as possible," Wilson wrote. "The Republicans know they’re asking their members to appoint people who are the most determined loyalists to Donald Trump and who will not work to advise the president but to appease him."

He goes on to say that, although "some of the nominees this week were more competent and qualified in terms of experience than others none of them has expressed a single trait of intellectual or moral independence from Trump."

"In all of their remarks, you can see the cautious tiptoe through the minefield of Trump‘s impulsive And eventful nature," he added.

"I realized that while some may know more about the world and the assignments they are entering into –– Marco Rubio has at least applied himself to foreign policy questions during his two terms in the US Senate, and Pam Bondi was the Attorney General of the third largest state in the country for two terms. Neither are the same combination of ignorance and moral ugliness that Pete Hegseth represents, but even they represent one of the worst aspects of this moment. Every government employee's oath, from a GS-nothing to a Cabinet secretary, is sworn to the Constitution, not the president."
"However, the president is about to enter office and views this country differently: it is his property. He is a postmodern monarchist, a King, at least in his mind and most certainly that of his most ardent fans. He demands courtiers, sycophants, and toadies."

Yeah unfortunately nothing will come of the Epstein **** with Trump. They've already made it very clear they won't prosecute him for anything. It'll be ignored when his current term is over mainly because he'll likely pardon himself for any "current, past, and future crimes and misdeeds" anyway. He's a piece of **** that proves the golden rule, "he who has the gold makes the rules".

I arrived in Copenhagen the day after the call—the subject, of course, was the future of Greenland, which Denmark owns and which Trump wants—and discovered that appointments I had with Danish politicians were suddenly in danger of being canceled," the writer reported. "Amid Frederiksen’s emergency meeting with business leaders, her foreign minister’s emergency meeting with party leaders, and an additional emergency meeting of the foreign-affairs committee in Parliament, everything, all of a sudden, was in complete flux."

"The meeting was canceled." she added.
"After that, nobody wanted to say anything on the record at all. Thus have Americans who voted for Trump because of the putatively high price of eggs now precipitated a political crisis in Scandinavia."

She further notes that, "In private discussions, the adjective that was most frequently used to describe the Trump phone call was rough."

"The verb most frequently used was threaten. The reaction most frequently expressed was confusion. Trump made it clear to Frederiksen that he is serious about Greenland: He sees it, apparently, as a real-estate deal. But Greenland is not a beachfront property," the report states. "The world’s largest island is an autonomous territory of Denmark, inhabited by people who are Danish citizens, vote in Danish elections, and have representatives in the Danish Parliament. Denmark also has politics, and a Danish prime minister cannot sell Greenland any more than an American president can sell Florida."

It is illegal for Trump to be calling and negotiating with foreign heads of state before he is officially sworn in a President. Please read about the Logan Act.
