What does illegal protests in American universities normally mean, currently? Demonstrations that ate not beforehand accepted by the authorities? Or something more serious, like demonstrations and protests involving vandalism, violence or such? (Which I would guess to be it)

However, do you guys think this declaration will mean every protest has to be applied to have a permission, and if it's about any topic not mentioned in the application, it will be deemed illegal? Or if someone will try get permission to protest against politics going on, no permissions will be granted?

I think it is going to be more along the lines of "We are on the path to ending the war in Ukraine. Zelensky and I had a great phone call. The mineral deal which was the first step to peace has been signed, and we are negotiating with both sides to bring about a cease fire." Then I hope he calls out Democrat Senator Chris Murphy by name for his interference in the process which brought about the diplomatic impasse last Friday, and should be seen as little short of a crime against humanity.

This is the problem with Trump. He says this with no code to explain how it's determined or enforced so he can make it be whatever he wants. Just like closing down entire departments of the federal government and just saying "they were corrupt" with no proof or explanation. And no one can stop them, or will even try. I would wager we begin to see actual violence against American citizens within the first year of this fiasco of a presidency.

At least it’ll be entertaining. As long as he’s hurting the right people, it’s fine! Besides, egg prices and brown people.
