My son is…

a Celtics fan. Nothing I can do. Started watching Celtics City with him on Max. It’s excellent.

I can’t win every battle. He’s an Eagles fan which is most important to me. And does great in school—was asked to skip 2nd grade. We said no. And is a very good athlete. I can’t be upset that he’s brighter than I realize and has chosen not to subject himself to suffering as a Jazz fan.

Don’t worry. I still made fun of them when they lost to the Knicks to his face. Tell him Tatum sucks.

Dude you can come completely out of the closet. We'll support you and help you through this difficult transition. It's a part of who you are and we'll still love you, bro.

Hoping he runs a 6.3 or 6.4 40 this summer. Not bad at 8.
I raced a boy in 3rd grade last year who I think is the fastest kid in the school. His name is Javon. I beat him pretty easily.
I still got it lol. Though the next day I had plantar fasciitis for the next 6 months so maybe I didn't really win after all.

I had asked your son why he didn’t follow after his father and be a Jazz fan. He told me that currently there’s a team out there that doesn’t exist yet, and that they’re going to win a championship before the Jazz will. It was a gut punch.

Do you really want your son growing up spending time and energy on a team that is typically relevant in the playoffs for a couple years out of every 50? Good for your son.
