We can always count on clowns like you to be way the hey too lazy, and more importantly, way too dishonest, to ever come back with facts.
You lose. In fact, YOU LOSE BIGGLY. But then you’re responding to me. No contest….try harder, see if you can pull another one over on us. Dummy…..
Claims that the Obama administration was responsible for the worst of each of the following categories are inaccurate:
- 8 Years of War: While the US was engaged in conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq when Obama took office, and he oversaw military interventions in other nations, including drone strikes, it's not accurate to say there were "8 years of war" under his administration exclusively. US involvement in Afghanistan, for example, predates his presidency and continued after he left office.
- Lowest Economic Growth in US History: While economic growth during the Obama years was slower than in some previous periods of expansion, it was not the lowest in US history. The US economy was emerging from the Great Recession during his first term, and growth accelerated in the second term. Additionally, per-capita GDP growth during Obama's second term was faster than several other presidential terms since World War II.
- Record Number of Mass Shootings: While there was a concerning number of mass shootings during Obama's presidency, there isn't a definitive, universally agreed-upon record of the highest number occurring in any single administration. Studies have shown a troubling upward trend in the number and deadliness of mass shootings over the past several decades, according to the National Institute of Justice (NIH). Comparing figures across different administrations can be complex due to varying definitions and data collection methods over time.
- Record Number of People on Food Stamps: Food stamp enrollment did increase under the Obama administration, but it also increased before he took office, according to the Cato Institute. A weak economy played a role in the increase, as did eligibility changes implemented by both the Bush and Obama administrations.
- Record High Health Insurance Costs: While health insurance premiums did increase under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the rate of increase was slower than in the years prior to the ACA's passage. Additionally, the ACA significantly expanded health insurance coverage, particularly for individuals who could not afford it previously.
- Record High National Debt: The national debt increased significantly during the Obama administration, particularly due to the Great Recession and the costs associated with the economic stimulus, wars, and tax cuts. This was a major point of concern, with the debt-to-GDP ratio on track to surpass 100 percent in the coming months following his term. However, both Obama and Trump administrations have been criticized for increases in national debt.
- Worst Rioting Since 1967: There were instances of civil unrest during the Obama administration, notably in Ferguson, Missouri, and Baltimore, Maryland. While these events were significant, they did not reach the scale or duration of the riots of 1967.
- Highest Poverty Level in History: The poverty rate did increase after the Great Recession, peaking at 15.1% in 2010. However, this was not the highest poverty level in US history, and the rate declined significantly during the latter part of Obama's second term.
