Ace Bailey ROY watch

I just took a minute to look at rookie stats. There are only 17 rookies that average more than 15 minutes/game and have played at least 5 games: https://www.nba.com/stats/players/t...rExperience=Rookie&dir=A&sort=NBA_FANTASY_PTS

Unfortunately Ace and WCJ are towards the bottom of that list as far as productivity so far. I think Ace will get in contention for an all rookie team soon though. Here is where I would currently have the all rookie teams:

First Team:
Kon
VJ
Flagg
Coward
Harper

Second Team:
Kalkbrenner
Fears
CMB
Tre Johnson
Queen

It's interesting that things are shaking out very close to draft position so far. Obviously Kalkbrenner is the big surprise as playing much better than draft position.

What has happened to Harper? I have checked the box score the last 2 games and didn't even see his name listed at all.
He injured?

Here is an interesting tidbit I found after looking at those rookie comparisons using production per 36 min: WCJ has the second highest per minute total for combined rebounds/assist (12.7)- after Derik Queen at (13.5). Cedric Coward 12.2, Dylan Harper 12.1, and Noah Penda 12.0 are the next 3 in production....

Very excited about Ace this season. If he continues to have nights like last night with his athleticism and poise, ROY is definitely a possibility imo. I say possibility because it’s such a strong field this year and Ace still has some catching up to do with VJ, Kon and Flagg particularly.

Realistically he won't be in the discussion for ROY. I just hope he isn't a total flop and so far it looks like he might not be, so that's good news! Last things I'm expecting is a Donovan Mitchell level explosion in his rookie year.

You mother****ers need to get a ****ing hold of yourselves.

Letting the **** bag, moron known as @str8line lead this little group of bitches to believe that this, nappy wearing 2 year old is going to be ROY, is ****ed even for this place. The only team Ace will make come the post season is first team all useless.

now piss off all of you.

I don't know man, he's looking pretty damn good.

I mean I guess that is cool, but I get tired of these "youngest to do whatever" when the whatever is some random stat no one considers meaningful at all. Hey guys he is the youngest, by 3 days, to record 20 pts, EXACTLY 3 rebounds and 2 assists in EXACTLY 32 minutes of game time on a Tuesday in November while being guarded by another rookie who scored 10 points in a single quarter! Can you believe it?!??!
