On December 15th about 88 players become trade eligible. I think the Jazz could be pretty active this year.
I don't think so. It's for free agent signings this summer, and we acquired everyone through trade. Are any Jazz players in that 88 group?
Nurkic and either Collier or Sensabaugh for Kuminga worksI think Nurkic would have decent value if his contract wasnt so large. Is there a team out there sitting on a useless 15-20 million dollar contract who needs a backup 5?
Idk. That sounds kind of shenaniganny.I'm guessing that Ainge will be pretty aggressive on making the team worse.
He said he wouldn’t create fake injuries or encourage the coach to throw games. He already dumped two players he didn’t have to.Idk. That sounds kind of shenaniganny.
AA said no no to the shenanigans iirc.
So who are these vets who are driving all the winning?I expect we’ll do something with the vets. Get some seconds or whatever from facilitating trades or buy them out.
Once they are gone we will pretend like we didn’t have people dying on a hill to defend their minutes and acting like we cannot develop without them.

37 year old K-Love?
Nurkic, literally unable to jump at this point and shooting 50% at the line?
Slo-Mo, the collector of DNP's?
Svi, a journeyman playing with a 9.6 PER this season?
Things are sure gonna be different when we get rid of these guys.
Yes, they will. When Cody takes Svi's minutes, and Flip becomes our designated rim protector and the primary defender of Edey, Clingan and Zubac then the Jazz will be suddenly losing way more games. So who are these vets who are driving all the winning?

NBA coaches are wired to win. The fact that they can’t get on the court over Svi and Love says more about them than anything.I expect we’ll do something with the vets. Get some seconds or whatever from facilitating trades or buy them out.

I don’t see people dying saying they need to protect their minutes for development. Seems like a small portion of the fan base you’ve found or seen and are clinging onto. I really don’t see it anywhere.Again, my post says nothing about winning or losing. Did either of you read my post?
My post says something about the developmental benefit of having these vets being meaningless. If/when we get rid of them for little to nothing we won't feel like we're missing out on anything by not having these guys playing minutes.
