Locke going extra hard at fading CMB for getting in over Ace after Locke spent years with Gobert talking about how we need to value defense more was funny.

CMB been balling as of late. The only ones that Ace would make a strong case of replacing are Demin and Johnson. Ace electric playstyle would be better for the allstar than watching Demin and Johnson just chucking up 3s.

The NBA is punishing ace for the way he handled the pre-draft stuff.

Ace is being "punished" for his productivity on the court. NBA does not care about lick about what Ace did in the draft. If anything, it created publicity.

I know Ace led the team in scoring but I was still shocked to see he led the team in shots taken. Sure didn’t feel like it watching the game.
Regarding the rising stars game, it does feel like there is some bias against Utah here. It feels like the narrative that Utah is a tanking team is hurting us.
Demin got in ...
It could be that I'm more sensitive to tanking talk for the Jazz, but it feels like it is much less than the Nets.
