What's new

2026 NBA Trade Discussion Thread

Perhaps. But Minnesota fans’ biggest gripe this season was Conley getting minutes and much as they like him as a person and what he’s done for them, they’re happy he’s gone.

He's a steady vet, a ball mover and decision-maker who will fit in. He can play 15 mins or so for the Nuggets off the bench and keep things together while Jokic or Murray take a break.

Back in 2022, quite a few people here were shouting that Conley was washed and should retire.

Then Ainge kneecapped the team, gave him away for nothing and the guy immediately proceeded to play four more years of high-level winning basketball.

The lesson, as always? You have to know ball.

I hope you’re right for Mike’s sake, but he’s shooting 32% from the field and 32% from 3 this year and can’t play defense anymore.

Three more years of winning basketball. He’s been terrible this year.

I wonder if the Kings would be interested in Collier. They have no long term PG on the roster. I know they have been linked to Morant rumors, but maybe they want something lower stakes.
