My point wasn't about who is better, it was that Beal isn't a PG by any stretch of the imagination. Westbrook has always been a PG (maybe not pure, but I don't consider him a combo either).
 
I'm a huge supporter of Beal and would love him on the Jazz. He's got a very dynamic game, and to me, has "it". Although his shot has been inconsistent this season, I believe it will come back. He shot like 50% from 3 his senior year of high school. Trust me, we'd be very lucky to land this kid.

Let's be a little more conservative on handing out the its' hmm? Every player can't have it. We are starting to dilute its' meaning.

I don't think I, or anyone else here, has overused the term "it" to describe players in this draft. I know it may seem that way with Rivers' recent game against UNC, but who have you honestly seen described as having "it"? (go and find quotes; if it's as overused as you claim, then it shouldn't be hard :P)

I could be convinced it's really only Rivers.

My list looks the same, only I'd add Beal, and I can't really say about Robinson cause I haven't seen enough of him. Miller is someone I MIGHT give the "it" label, as well.

That isn't the definition of a combo guard to me. Any PG who is above 6'3 can play the 2 guard most times.

I see combo guard referred to more as a SG who is either 1.) Too small to be a SG or 2.)Is very ball dominant and does not have great vision/passing ability/willingness

Westbrook averaged 8 APG during his 2nd and 3rd years in the league, he is down to 5.5 this year, but I think having 8 APG in your 2nd year is enough for you to be considered a PG.

I guess it all depends on how one defines IT. I see it in the eyes. The piercing, almost unhuman look .. staring right through someone. Ice water in the veins. KNOWING that no one can stop you.

Think Kobe, Tiger (pre-hos), etc.
 
It is basically sacrificing your self for a win. Think mj with the flu. And ct mkg has the it. He just does what he has to to win. BaRnes had the it last year but has lost it.
