GM Larry Riley said that the Warriors may start building for the future if they fall further out of the playoff race.

can you imagine us if GS fall to seven seed and Jazz will play better after ALLSTAR break and lose pick to Minnesota, it would be fun to get two lottery picks this year but this scenario with NONE can happen.
