Sorry, I gotta disagree with you here. We cannot become the next OKC until we get a star. OKC would not be OKC without Durrant. Its a star league and Durrant is the star. But my hopes are similar to yours, I hope that KOC recognizes the need for a star and formulates a plan to get one rather than becoming the Milwaukee Bucks of the west.

Right I admitted as much in the original post, but particularly if we add one more big for the future our frontcourt could be much better than OKC. OKC get almost all their scoring from the backcourt.

My husband is on his way to Florida this morning on business, first stopping in Atlanta. He messaged me that KOC is on the plane.

Of course it could be nothing. I'm not sure if there are in-person meetings or evaluations before trades. Wonder if he's getting off in Atlanta or somewhere else. I would assume it would be Jazz-related somehow, but who knows.

My husband has a friend at work whose buddy owns or manages a Greek restaurant in Murray, UT that Deron used to frequent (they have a special named after him). According to the guy at the restaurant (who my husband's friend says got to be pretty chummy with Deron), Amy (Deron's wife) isn't too fond of the big city scene and has told Deron to do whatever is necessary to come back to Utah.

I got bad news Mo tappin. To me, it sounds like your husband is making up Jazz stories to distract you from catching on to something else. Might be time to hire a P.I. to follow him around.
