Yeah true, Sap is usually right there as well. I think he plays great with the 2nd unit too. I just wish Ty would ride the hot hand instead of making subs at about the same time every game, no matter how well they're playing.

My only complaint is that Jefferson plays far to deep into the 1st and 3rd quarter. He should be coming out at the 4 minute mark, then back in around 5 or 6 minutes left in the 2nd and 4th. That would give Kanter a solid 20 mpg.

I really hope he is fired and that we kick Sidney off the team. The experiment has failed, time to give up. At least we won our last two games so we should still be in the tourney.
 
Great game for Burks. We lost because of 13 assists. If they play jazz ball instead of miami ball (isolation crap) maybe it would have turned out different.

You do realize that your statement points out exactly what I've been saying? Burks is garbage. Try passing the ball. You're not DWade. The Jazz are not the Heat. Pass. Dish. Give it up. Whatever it takes, just try it -- you might like it!
 
Today was the most aggressive quarter I've seen by Favors all year
Oh, but then Ty subs him out early as punishment.

Also, did you guys see Burks stare down Haywood AND Nowitzki?
Here's a quote by Burks today:

And finally, Miles had one of the dumbest dumbest quarter I've ever seen by him.
He had one play where he went 1 on 4 against the Mavs. I mean seriously...it's just not going to click with Miles, is it?

I remember reading somewhere that he thinks he's going to be an all-star in this league. The problem is his head, it isn't screwed on right. He's too worried about himself and 'proving the doubters wrong' when he should be... well, forget it, it's a lost cause with Miles.
 
...well, you can't win a basketball game when you have more turnovers than assists. Happened to the Thunder last night, too! That, my friends, is some pathetic basketball.

I didn't like his comments. Burks whine about getting a hard foul which is part of the game. Burks foul on dirk was very cheap. He went high almost by the throat.

He keeps that crap up he will get a rep in the league we do not want

I disagree. I thought Haywood gave him a forearm shiver which may not have merited a flagarant but was still hard enough that I'm glad Burks got upset. It's nice to see a young player show some balls and not allow an opposing player to punk him for a change.

No play on the ball = flagrant. At least Burks made his looks like he was trying to swipe at the ball.
