Jazz Locker room Cleanout & Exit Interviews

Bell and Miles need to be more professional than this. Be men and complain to Corbin and KOC, don't go off to everybody. Now this thing is going to get blown up by the national media and it's going to screw up the rep of the Jazz organization. Completely spineless and stupid move. They likely won't be in the league next year because of this.

And Corbin needs to work on his offense sets. It's clear that the wings don't like running post up Al on every play. Corbin also needs to work on communication too, because if he's going to eternally bench someone, they need to be told.

I got a team option next year to all my fans..#JazzNation #MIZZOU

I don't think the team picked the option yet though?

I believe you are correct. I think I just misinterpreted his tweet. I think we should assume that it is basically being picked up though

Brian T. Smith ‏ @tribjazz
O'Connor said Jazz are open to bringing back Josh Howard, Jamaal Tinsley.

At this point, the only way I see Al being successful on this team is if he becomes a 22 minute off the bench scorer.

He would become a lot more valuable in that role instead of the focal point of our primary offense

Lol.

A sarcastic Kevin O'Connor on Raja Bell going off on Ty Corbin: "Gee, that's unexpected. I would have never thought that would've happened."

Listening to Raja Bell on the KFann interview, it sounds like he's saying the right things but the media is just blowing some lines up. I don't think it's as big a deal as it's being made.

Basically, what I'm getting out of it is that Raja asked to be put in a place where he could contribute and if the Jazz wanted to start the youth movement then it's fine with him 100%, but he'd like to play somewhere else.

Not surprising, like people have said, Brian T. Smith is a prick.

Hey, we can't have everything. So far, from all of this, it sounds like we're saying buh-bye to Miles and Bell (buyout, amnesty, or trade I'm assuming), will pick up Carroll's option, and are considering starting Favors next year. All of that is music to my ears.

If we re-sign Howard to a one or two year deal, I can live with that. He had some decent moments this year, should be cheap as hell, and quite frankly, we're mediocre at the 3. If he sucks, okay, I'll be a little annoyed. But at the price tag I foresee, I'm not too worried about it. If we end up starting our big three, then Howard, Carroll and Burks roles become a little more muddled. But I doubt Corbin does that. So Howard makes some sense. And could be a decent asset to trade at the deadline.
