Yet, who are pushing these barriers to entry. I would contend it is the business with the money to wave infront of their representatives. Utah funny because aren't we a red state? Look at how those that have make the rules especially in the GOP party they love the money on the side. That isn't to say that the Dems don't receive dirty money. But, for a Capitalist free market party they help to subsides the rich and create barriers to entry for new competition.

I'm starting to understand now. Regulation by Dems good. Regulation by Repubs bad. Do I have that correct?
 
No but follow the regulations back to the original law maker and 9 times out of 10 a Repub is pushing it because of an agenda to help the wealthy or corporate big dog. Because they butter those who help make them the bread.

I not condemning anyone I am saying that the policies that the GOP pushes especially are bad for the US. From the top to the bottom they push failed policies. Yet, no one will realize we are de-evolving as a society our rights are getting pushed against. No one is taking all the money from the rich to redistribute it to the welfare state. We need the rich to step up and by lying to them and the public we are never going to move forward.

Look this is another millionaire that is trying his hardest to show that the way out is empowering the American people not the wealthily.

I'm not sitting here say Dems aren't the problems. But, the are the lesser of the two evils. They have corrupt politicians and some agendas that are more smoke than actual fire. I want to see what anyone sees are policies that the right are putting out their that will turn our country around. I'm willing to listen. The thing is when I point out problems I see with the right all I get back is democrats are doing it too. OK fine there are corrupt democrats. But, that is not what the parties agenda is. And no it isn't making this a welfare state. My point to that is corporations are making our country a welfare state.
