2012 Draft: Predraft Camps & Workouts

I always thought he seemed like more of a two, but his handles aren't the best. He has the size to play the three though so I can't see why he can't fill a role off the bench. His d is acceptable, but again not a game changer there. He is a player that could give you 10 minutes a game and drill threes all day. He is a pure shooter which is what I would like to see us target with that second rounder.

Too lazy to look. Who is this describing, V?

Doubt it will change, most of the Kentucky kids are expected to be drafted high, so it is better to skip out on all but the best combine.

Here is a list of the New Jersey ...uh Brooklyn Nets combine

My irrational choice for the Jazz 2nd round pick, Kyle O'Quin, is going to be there. I should mention that all 30 teams are expected to have people there.

Karma will bite the Warriors in their backside as one of the seven teams behind them in the lottery will jump over them so Golden State moves to number eight and we get the pick.

I feel bad for GS fans. If this happens, the GS will try to tank another year away, to get that "guy."

You can follow Nets combine on Twitter at #netscombine

It looks like Deron Williams showed up to watch, maybe he and KOC can get a few minutes to catch up or go for drinks so KOC can ask Deron what offseason moves the Jazz should make.

Only one player you can say definitely looks like a NBA player in this 1st session: Kim English. Came out with his game face on

Gutierrez, Murphy and Gates!
Gutierrez is a pass-first PG with limited offense and a ferocious player.
Kevin Murphy is the 2. coming of Rip Hamilton, great scorer, on D?
"work in progress"

Yancy Gates looks like that actor who played the candyman.
He has great physique and displayed at times that he may be a reliable scorer.

Sims of Georgetown is an intelligent C. He may help teams with his fine game. a good rebounder and a "great" passer.

Yesterday on 1320 KOC talked about workouts. Not suprising he said the jazz are forced to travel to see players because without a 1st round pick players agents don't want to send their people to Utah. KOC said he was going to spend 2.5 days this week in LA at a shared workout and mentioned a couple of other workouts he or Walt Perrin would attend--I missed the other locations did anyone else catch the interview?

Anyone know who is working out in LA this week?

Yes. I have shamed myself, my family, and this board with my selfish and short-sighted antics. I, in fact, am a true boob.

Sexual harrasment! I can see past your subtle games.

John Jenkins just hit 13/15 from 3 in a fast paced 3-point drill. Though I think everyone in here knows he's the best shooter in the draft

You are right on top of that. I was just going to post the same thing. I do have something to add that I know is pertinent to this discussion:

John Jenkins just hit 13/15 from 3 in a fast paced 3-point drill. Though I think everyone in here knows he's the best shooter in the draft

Jenkins just follows up hitting 12/15 from NBA three. Pretty stroke.

I wasn't sure where to post this but here it goes:

Perry Jones is killing it in this workout. Playing as a 3. Speed, skill, explosiveness, soft jumper. Energy. Another Paul George?

Very interesting. He has moved up in my book.
