A lot of people have been suggesting trades, so here's one I've thrown around. Food for thought.

Lakers do this and start Millsap and Bynum with Al as a third big. They would have a possible future piece with Millsap.
We then sign Kirilenko for around $6 million to a two year deal and sign Nash for two years $8-10 million. We keep Harris and play him at the two for about 5-10 minutes/game and about 18 at the point. This will allow us to rest Nash a little but also have a decent bench as well. Because we have so many young players, the salaries would be feasible. In two years, Nash, Kirilenko, and Gasol all come off the books, and this situation allows us to play Kanter and Burks more with our bench running a bit more. We would look like the Washington Generals, but we would have some major shot blocking going on.
STARTERS
Nash
Hayward
Kirilenko
Favors
Gasol
BENCH
Harris
Burks
Carroll
Evans
Kanter
