I'm not a Jimmer guy, but, he could certainly fill a Blake Ahern role on the team and possibly be a decent backup SG as well. Maybe even work into a firepower off the bench guy when you just need a 3.

Anyone remember that guy who used to come in at the end of games and shoot 3s against us? I'm thinking Eddie Jordan, but, not sure if that's right. I just remember when ever he checked into a game it was because he was going to be launching 3s.

I'd give up the rights to Ante or the CJ S&T and a 2nd-rounder.
Tomic is never going to play in the NBA. Jimmer could be a decent backup PG. You could play Fredette and Burks together with Alec running the plays and Jimmer playing off the ball. End of half or game scenarios gives you another guy to shoot the 3 along with Mo and Marvin.

In a perfect world we would trade for Jimmer and he would be a solid backup and no one would care. Since they are in Utah though it would be constant "We Want Jimmer" chants and it would just piss everyone off and make Jimmer uneasy.

Jazz will probably give Kevin Murphy a good look to fill the 3 point shooter role before going after Fredette.
He's bigger better athlete that can guard other players.
