who here has a criminal record?

My kids play in the street ALL THE TIME. And it's not uncommon for me to come from work and ask my wife where the older kids (8 and almost 5) are and have her respond with "outside playing...somewhere". We even make the 8 year old take her 2 year old sister out to play with her. But then again, I live in a very deep cul-de-sac and there are always a ****-ton of kids outside playing.
