Atheists weren't loved, that's why they are atheists. Yes, it's offensive. No, not because it hits too close to home. Go neener-neener at someone else.
Why is it offensive then?

I don't care if you believe in God, but you really think all life on Earth began by accident?
Do nongolfers talk about how much they don't play golf?
Why is it offensive then?
All the great American leaders recognize God and reverence Him in their speeches.
Is 80%-95% of the populace golfers, who of whom refuse to recognize the ability of a non-golfer to be a just and moral person even without playing golf?
I'm happy for you. Sounds like you got it all figured out.
Thanks for replying to my whole post too by the way..
I never said I'm 100% certain.
I understand why someone would have a problem believing in a god. I struggle with it too. The biggest problem I have with it and probably the same for others is the fact that life isn't fair. That some people are just dealt terrible hands in life. And it doesn't sit with people that supposedly there is a god and he loves you but would let you suffer.
I get all that.
But what keeps me thinking maybe there is, is the free will argument. I can see how life wouldn't be what it is without mystery, without mystery there would be no imagination, no creativity, no emotions, nothing. Without having it the way it is there would be no fear, no struggle, no laughter, no happiness, no sadness, no emotions what's so ever. No character building. Nothing.
If everyone could see a god and knew for sure. I can see how it would change everything.
Atheists think that theists are delusional and idiots.
Now theists believe that God is a solid foundation for morals. They believe that atheism doesn't have this sound foundation from morals...
But theists don't agree with you so they shouldn't be able to have their rights, right?
So you are saying that when you pray you expect miracles to happen and that is why you don't believe in god? In Islam a miracle means "sign of prophethood" and Muhammad was the last prophet.
Extraordinary Claims do require extraordinary evidence. I have provided that here.

I do not care if you believe in god, but do you really believe god created women from adam's rib?
Many people have a problem with believing in god because they have never been loved in their life. The idea of a god loving them is simply too foreign to them. They then turn around and pretend it is because of science.
I love how you ignored half of my post and ignored simple question as well. Answer it.
You call that evidence? ROFL. Seriously, give up, there is no evidence.
So you do believe all life on Earth began by accident?
For the same reason it would be offensive to say you are a creationist because you are dim-witted, uneducated, uncreative and unimaginative. It is not only false, but it also casts the entire group of creationists as possessing these abilities based on no evidence nor reasoning.
In a word, yes.
Of course you do. There is no other reason to bring Paul Bunyan, unicorns, and the like into the discussion of God.
