Who says I'm equating it? I don't care if there's reputation or not. If there is reputation, which is currently the case, I'd prefer it to be done a particular way. Can't think why there's problem with that or why you'd have a problem with me.

when I try to give a post "rep" points, it sometimes takes a long time for the box to show up - and sometimes nothing happens at all. So I hit the little rep star icon again, and then I get a message that says I can't give reputation to the same post twice. As far as I know, the first time nothing ever happened. Has anyone else ever seen this message in a similar situation?
LOL - someone gave me negative rep for this post, with the comment "Hack"

Yeah, if you're gonna be denied the ability to leave rep it will do nothing the first time you click the icon.
