Maybe we need to do something like requiring immunizations to enter places where huge numbers of people come in contact. Airplanes, Theme Parks, Stadiums, Malls, etc.

That way people can not get immunizations and not endanger my children.

That way your kids constantly runny noses will stay away from my children that never get sick.

I well aware that I am completely ignorant on matter like how much weaponry a government should wield when trying to fulfill a search warrant and the occupant is not cooperating. I expect it depends a great deal on the sort of intelligence neither of us have access to, as well as the property itself, the history of the local occupant, etc. It's easy to pick out and second-guess after something has gone wrong.
