As far as Wiggins goes, is there anyone in particular scouts have compared him to? He looks amazing, but no names jump out to me like "he reminds me of so-and-so."

He is better, yes. Not more athletic, maybe less. Much better feel for the game, supremely better court vision/passer. He's great, potential all star, he just got hyped too much, too early, like Barnes.. Every scout agrees.

Not really. Extreme athlete, good at everything.. Sf, who does that describe?

Too bad, really. Hopefully he still becomes more than just an All-Star. I'll be pulling for him.
 
Just to be clear, I'm buying on Jabari being a helluva player.. Household name.. I'm selling on how much some media has built him up. He's going to be awesome, but not 'next.'

I think Randle is the best player in the class and then Jabari. As I've said many times, Jabari is the most polished and is ahead of everyone else in that regard, but his physical limitations with see several others catch up pretty quickly.

I've watched him a few games, not in person, but still. He doesn't blow by anyone. He doesn't dunk on anyone. I mean he is playing high school kids and he is 6'9" and he just isn't dominating physically like you would think he should. He is smarter and more talented but just on a physical basis he seems to be kind of slow and not as explosive as you would think a "superstar" would be. I'll let PKM tell me im a dumbass if i'm wrong though.

That's it. It's not that he's a poor athlete, he just doesn't have an explosive first step, he's not real quick off the floor, nor has big time hops. I hope no one takes this as me saying he won't be great, I believe there's no doubt about it. I'm just making the prediction that others with better explosiveness will catch up to his maturity/polish and he won't be a once-a-decade player like some publications have made him out to be. Very, very good, yes.

That description makes me think of glen rice for some reason..... although i guess glen rice was not an extreme athlete
 
Well i just watched the highlight video and realize that my glen rice comparison is retarted.

Holy S**t that dude can jump.... i agree that he reminds me of vince carter with all that jumping ability.

Kudos for actually watching. This kid has EVERY NBA team salivating. I've watched them surrounding Wall, Cousins, ETC .. but they were nothing like the love for Wiggins, nothing.
