Haha, was thinking everyone should have a mixtape of them doing their job to include with a resume/application. Maybe Prodigy could make one of me at work on the computer, making copies, crumbling up paper, giving a client a handshake sealing the deal, etc. ...put it to DMX or something.

We'll learn a lot today. Utes vs. USC in about 3.5 hours.... I'm genuinely excited. I think the Utes are going to get their first conference win!
Am going to miss it. Anyone know where I can watch it on delay or at least extensive highlights online?

I'm not sure... I get highlights from the Utes on FB. I can post those I suppose (But they are never overly excessive) - Also, The Pac 12 Network constantly shows replays of games.

But I think the Utah program is getting better. I see a lot of correlations to this year and year two with Gary Anderson at USU. You may not see a whole lot more wins in conference than last year, but at least you can tell that there is some improvement. Hopefully as the program gets better talent and the system installed, you continue to see more success. I hope that Utah fans finally have the opportunity to understand what the feeling of a winning basketball program is like... Damn, it feels good to be an Aggie.

Yeah, I was disappointed today. We've played OUTSTANDING man defense the last three games, however, today, we fell in love with an ineffective zone defense.

Experience a winning program?
How many NCAA tourney wins has Utah St had? Like, ever. Seriously. 1? 2?
Utah's peak was Sweet 16's every year and a National Runner's up. Ut St's peak is winning the Big West most years and getting their asses kicked in the first round of the tourney.
Utah St program doesn't even register on the college basketball landscape.

He's right, 1 Tournament win in 2001 and then you have to go back to 1970. The last NIT win was 1960. Utah State did however have a successful CIT tournament last year - thats the collegeinsider.com tournament. Wikipedia is fun, but it's not fun to hate on Utah State so I'll stop.

How much leeway do you guys think Larry K. will get at the U to try and turn this around? Ray was there only three years with the 1st being a sweet 16 appearance, then I think I remember his players quitting on him in year 3 and he was gone. Boylen was a disaster and got 4 years. I wonder how much time they are giving Larry to fix Boylens mess? Do you guys think he is the answer for long term coach or too soon to tell?

Enough time that it's not even worth talking about now.
You don't want to be known as the school that burns through coaches.
I think it was obvious we needed a change with the last two coaches, but I really believe we've found a keeper in Coach K.
That's good to hear. You can just tell right away with some coaches if they are a good fit. If they fit with the school culture and are bringing the right style of basketball the school and fans are looking for. I never felt that with Boylen and haven't been able to follow close enough with Larry to tell.

I'll be honest and say I actually felt pretty good about Boylen. Was wrong obviously. Never felt good about Giacolletti.
