I absolutely disagree. They knew where he buried the body. That seems awefully extreme to me.
It is not like they assumed he did it. I stand by my claim that it is a-paul-ing.
As for the part about prosecutors. I agree. Why do you think I worded my initial post the way I did?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the lawyers were legally bound to keep the information confidential if it was damaging to their clients.
