What's new

Who runs the tribjazz Twitter account?

What a douche bag. Is he purposefully trolling Jazz fans? Unprofessional to inject humor in covering the team, but downright offensive when it's as unfunny and dimwitted as his schtick. What a loser.

Yeah, providing an example, link or a hint as to what you're specifically referencing is a pain. I'll google it and get RIGHT back to you.

It used to be Brian T. Smith, who writes very well IMO and just had a very professional quality about him. He got a new job covering the Astro's.

This new guy jokes too much, not only that, his jokes can be just downright rude at times. He also seems to enjoy hearing himself speak which gets annoying after a while.

Just my IMO though.

"Just my in my opinion though."

Being called a douchebag would be more hurtful if my seventh grade classmates hadn't prepared me for this moment.

Oh man! He actually saw this. That is rich! He's even more pathetic than I originally thought for the mere fact he goes on Jazzfanz. He most definitely is trolling fans. This is probably a good resource for a bad writer to come and see what topics they should try and write about.

Hey Bill - I'm sure your friends and family in real life find you hilarious. Lets keep it that way. Salt Lake Trib readers would like to read objective reporting on the Utah Jazz. I'm not sure why you're so insistent on trying to be funny with literally every single tweet? Perhaps you can answer that truthfully on here since you read the forum. If I had to guess, I'd say it was carefully calculated so as readers get distracted and don't realize they're getting their Jazz news from someone incompetent to the intricacies of the sport.

There's an interesting unfollow button that one can use. I recommend you use it if you don't like reading his stuff. You can even block him. But what's the point of this. Fans bash the players, coaches, broadcasters, beat writers. Is there anyone you guys actually like on, in or around the Jazz organisation?
