Can't shoot. Do we need to relive the Jason Hart experience again?
Beat me to it, but I was thinking of Knight. Hart only extends the mistake. I'll take my chances with Price and whoever does or doesn't beat out Gaines.

I wondered the same thing when I read the second tweet. Was he in Salt Lake working out at ZBBC, or in somewhere else playing HORSE for 12 teams?I am thinking there's a difference between "The Jazz watched Watson work out" and "Watson working out for the Jazz".... not sure which one is the case...
It would be nice to have him. I assumed that he could do better than battling for second string on the Jazz , but hopefully not.He started over TJ Ford at Indiana last year. His turnover-to-assist ratio was great. I've read he's a good defender; averaged 1.3 steals a game. A definite upgrade over Gaines. I think he'd be a great fit in a structured offense like the Jazz; Jerry would slow down his shot-taking!

Yeah, but that's because you're a Price homer. I remember once you made some allusion to Sloan being at fault for 'not developing' Price and it's still one of my more cherished moments on this site. That, and you saying that Brewer will turn into Rip Hamilton somehow.Beat me to it, but I was thinking of Knight. Hart only extends the mistake. Sources indicate that he has told those close to him that he wishes he would have played worse during the Orlando Summer League.
And this my friends is why honzward is the BEST poster on this board.

You're kidding right?
It's not even funny! C'mon .. it would be funny if you can imagine him actually doing that - but there's just no chance. Like who would do that? The guy tried very hard out there to impress - you can very clearly see that.
May be honz is the best poster - but not because of that post. No WAY.
LOL One of the funnier things I've read here in a while. +1
First of all, I'm flattered. Second, I was simply making fun of kicky. You're kidding right?

That's the point, HotttLipsss. Honzward's post was a brilliant display of sarcasm. Almost worthy of a +1 rep. You're kidding right?

I am a Price homer. But not so much I wouldn't happily replace him with a better option. Earl Brevin Hart is not that option. And whatever anyone thinks about Price, he should not have been sitting behind Knight. As far as Brewer is concerned, I'll let his story play out. I think his best basketball is ahead of him. He'll be getting plenty of PT and the change of scenery should do him good.
I completely understand the reason for the Harping/Maynor to OKC trade. The Jazz saved a lot of money. But the back up PG discussion isn't even needed if we could have held onto Maynor. It sucks that we had to give him up.
I still weep at the thought of giving up such a talent as Maynor. Stupid cheap a-- move in my opinion, especially to a nasty conf rival.
