Can someone neg-rep you if you have ignored him?

I'm seriously thinking about ignoring Cy - he'd neg-rep me too many times this week (3 times) and it's really ruining my experience here at JazzFanz.

My question is - can he still neg-rep me if I ignore him?

Otherwise is there any way I can negate his neg-rep all together?

Or somehow make it so that he can't see my posts/threads?

Thanks guys - any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks PKM, hopefully he'll stop it, or hopefully there is a permanent solution to this. I remember you jokingly called Cy a stalker, and that's how I feel right now.
 
This is ridiculous. Nickkk complains about getting neg'd and the admin sides with him and vows to neg Cyrone everytime Nickkk is neg'd?
What kind of bull **** is that? I've gotten neg'd by a poster on a regular basis all the time, mostly just because he doesn't like me.
I didn't go cry about it and get the admin to take care of the big bad meanie fart face for me.
Now Jason inflated his rep power from 32 to 50, just so he can neg rep me everyday? LOL at the admins on this site.
You guys are so, so petty. It's pathetic.

Fixed. As a compliment, I've also moved the smog out of your way as to make the sunset more enjoyable. Don't be afraid to let us know if the ocean is too cold for your personal liking.

We are petty? Ok. I'm petty. Bye for 6 or maybe 60 months! You were 4 of 5 infractions on your way anyway, just a matter of time. I'll hurry it along so you can come back for the 2017-18 campaign. Good riddance and thanks for validating that the six month rule is a joke. Petty this!

I'm sick of the "I'm going to neg rep this poster just to make him feel bad" attitude that some here seem to have. If anyone else wants to report excessive neg repping to me I'll handle it the same way I handled Nick's complaint.

In fairness to the board there cannot be more than 2 or 3 posters that neg much.

I think we're doing quite well.. and the board is dynamic and vibrant.. like a rainbow, even.
 
Negging is lame, I've done it once or twice and felt like a rapist both times. Cut that **** out you *******.
