If the Jazz Re-Signed Jefferson to a 4 year deal, how would you respond?

When Al doesn't get signed to big deals by other teams, do you guys seeing the FO turning down an offer to get him "on the cheap"? I could see it. Then I could see a lot of people justifying it saying how it makes sense and how he's "on a reasonable deal and if it doesn't work out we could just move him at the deadline".
 
Depends on the value of the deal and the ability to move it if need be. A fair deal, if they are going to make one, with Al would be 2 years + a 1 year Jazz option for about $34m total. That is a very trade friendly deal and still allows growth. A fair big man rotation of Favors, Kanter, and Jefferson would be dangerous. I suspect though that Jefferson will get a similar deal to what Nene got (5yrs/ $67m) from someone and I hope the Jazz don't match that.

i have followed jazz game from beggining to end almost every game every year.
now i justt put on the tv and do other stuff.
jazz has become bakcground noise.

i consider that stop watching.
when i hear excitment i look at the tv.
then jeffysuck comes in and my interest goes out the window.
this is the way it has been the last 30 games.
eventually if this goes on for 4 years by year 2 i will just forgot to turn on the tv

Similar to what I do. I'll usually DVR the game and only catch a few minutes here and there as I'm working on something else. I'll then decide if I want to go back and watch the entire game. Lately, the only one I've gone back and watched entirely from Q1-Q4 was the 23/20 performance of Kanter.
 
I will be very disappointed and my interest in the Jazz which has been waning the past two years will wane further.

We need to see the Jazz do something to reignite some excitement about the team. it is just not there right now.
