Fixed. Time to look to the future. Sap should start either on a mediocre team or a team with a bunch of superstars (like the Heat). Otherwise, he should come off the bench. Problem is that he wants a starter's contract, and naturally he needs to start to earn that.

I could picture Millsap playing on the Knicks between Melo and Tyson Chandler. I could also picture him on the Nets with Joe Johnson and Brook Lopez. I think that's his best move to stay relevant.

I'm a little curious to see Sap without Big Al, but not enough to care that much.

If it happens ok, if it doesn't so be it. It's probably time for both sides to move on.
 
I would be OK to keep Paul under the following conditions:

- Jefferson is gone.
- He re-signed for a reasonable price tag and not too many years.
- He was willing to accept a 6th man type role and not bitch about it.

So....basically, I would be willing to sign him if it was 2006.
 
I want to see Kanter crush people as a PF. None of them can keep him off the boards or out of the lane, and I think he can defend them well enough with his size and energy. Kanter has more skills out on the floor than Favors who should probably stay near the rim on both ends.

For his career pre-Al (and obviously Pre-Ty) Milsap was 30 & 19 as a starter or .612%.
For all Jazz games during Milsaps time (pre-Al) the Jazz were .628 %

Has more to do with Dwill being there and not being there.

And you're really calling out others for being disingenuous when DJ said, and I quote "millsap was nowhere near 2nd/3rd option." Really?

it should not just be without al it should be withj a decent team orientated offensive system.

I missed that quote in your second sentence. I am not saying that DJ logic is flawless. However, my impression was that the crux of the argument was that CT was saying that Millsap was the second option behind Al, DJ was saying that Mo was the second option, and I thought that the stats used favored DJ's position a bit more than more than CT's.

Upon further review, as I said, the shots were distributed pretty evenly overall. I don't have breakdowns for shot attempts when they were all healthy though.
 
Field Goal Attempts per 36 are more evenly distributed than these discussions would indicate. Even Al does not take that many more than Mo or Millsap.

Going into next season, I want Kanter as the first and Hayward as the second scoring option. Kanter at the PF position would be unstopable.

KANTER FAVORS millsap as a 3 big man rotation would be epic.

jazz need a 3 big men rotation getting 30-36 mpgs

while some scurb gets garbage minutes
