Jeff Teague is a RFA this offseason and had put together a very nice season this year.

Averaging 14 pts, 7 ast, 2 rebs on 45% FG, 35% 3FG, 88% FT.

Will ATL match the max for him? Will the Jazz make a run at him? Should the Jazz attempt to max him out?

I can't find a Jeff Teague thread so here we go.

I like him, don't love him, have a feeling Jazzfanz would start to kill him about 20 games into the season ........ Most likely not willing to match the other offers he's going to get.

If we're throwing Jeff Teague the maximum contract there is something seriously wrong with the Jazz's brain-trust.

uhhh, the op said we should offer him the Max. At this point, Teague is more comparable to Jennings than CP3 or D Rose. CP3 and D Rose are max players. Teague is not. In my opinion, it is a pretty apt comparison.

But that's what they taught me in math. If it is a 5 or more, round up to the nearest tenth!
