I have already addressed this issue, you ignored what I wrote.
No evidence has been given that groups are being targeted because they are conservative.
They are being targeted politicaly.
Show me evidence that the other groups applying are just as political in nature and name.
Maybe 80% of the political groups applying for tax exempt status happen to be conservative.

I am done. This is not worth the time. I hope the right wing gets their act together and gives us an alternative choice to the Dems that isn't so terrible.

That's your opinion of the law. I have seen suggestions that there might be more to it. Even if you are 100% right, it is possible that under this criteria, the Tea Party application deserved closer scrutiny than other groups, because the Tea Party purpose has political overlap. Are you sure that their lower tax ads don't align with political agendas? Are you sure that they are not really persuing a political agenda and using the tax issue as a cover? Are you sure that they spend under 50% on nonpolitical ads? If they spend 45% on political ads, and another group spends 0% on political ads, doesn't it make sense to spend time taking a closer look at the app with the 45% political expenditure?

No, his statement would either be law or it wouldn't. If a group spends most of their money on advertising and other non politcal events then they would qualify. Now, wether that should be the law or not is another matter.

Perhaps but that is not how I see his reply.

To me his reply hinges around the clause "...most of their money go to advertising that...". If most of their money goes toward advertising that then they either qualify or they don't.

he only lists one criteria.
there may be more than one criteria.
