Cyrone is a BADASS.
We ended up going to Wendover and playing some poker.
Cy had half the poker room laughing their *** off and giving high fives, and half the poker room wanting to murder him.
"Goose" as he was known at the tables played the most erratic style of poker I have ever witnessed. Picture the drunk crazy guy at any table you've been at and times it by 10.
He broke probably every rule of poker possible at one time or another and had everyone at the table on tilt besides me and ATL_Braves who couldnt stop laughing. He never actually got in trouble because he was tipping the dealers $5-$20 each hand he won lol. They would just correct his mistake for him and move on.
I cant fully describe how awesome it was. Goose was betting big EVERY hand, a lot of times before he ever looked at his cards. Nothing ever made sense. Multiple times he bet $100 into pots of less than $10. He won probly 14 out of 15 hands in one stretch. It was insane. Almost every time someone would actually call one of his huge bets, he had really good cards. People were freaking out. At least 2 people requested to go to another table and one guy tried to get the pit boss to kick Goose out. Wasnt happening because the Dealers were loving him.
I think Cy bought in for $100, had it up to about $700 for awhile, and cashed out with $300. He tipped out at least $200 to dealers, waitresses, and anyone else with a name badge. The highlight was tipping the dealer $20 on a $4 pot that he won.
All night Cy kept telling me, "This night will go down in jazzfanz history. This is jazzfanz lore."
Yes indeed.
