Who Gets Invited to Camp

We've all just witnessed the Summer League and here is my list of who I think should be invited to Fall Camp of the non-guaranteed guys scrumming; Chris Roberts: This should be a no brainer, led the team in scoring, shot 55% and 50% from 3 and didn't turn it over much. Diondre Christmas. Shot 42% .300 from 3 and 1.000 FT. James Mays. Mixed it up as a big got some boards and blocked some shots. Will Buford. Shot 52% from the field and 100% from 3 and FT in limited play. Rick Jackson. Big guy in limited play mixed it up, got boards did some dirty work. Jerell McNeal. Was hurt but still played decently and put on a plucky performance. Michael Stockton shot .429 from 2, .667 from 3 1.000 from the foul line and turned the ball over zero times. He demonstrated he deserves a shot. Also I would go shopping in Vegas for guys at all positions for the next Danny Green. There may be a guy that a team can't guarantee a contract to and the Jazz can possible guarantee something to the guy to out bid the other team. Who that would be I don't know. Anyway discuss and have fun.

That is a lot of guys. I don't know if any of those guys have deals in Europe. I liked Chris Roberts and Buford. If Neto isn't coming over I definitely would bring Stockton to camp. Jazz don't need any big guys. If I had to chose I would bring Mays but he struggle getting his shot off. Two guys I liked on INDY were Myck Downs and Donald Sloan (I think he is under contract).

From our roster, I liked Roberts, Christmas and Stockton.

Payton Siva was pretty impressive as well, and may be in need of a spot.

Reggie Bullock was great in the LAC vs ATL game and may need a spot I hear.

Also, if ATL doesn't match the Bucks' offer for Teague, then Wolters may find himself needing a spot as well. I like him.

Bullock was a first round pick and isn't Wolters on the 76ers?

Bullock was a first round pick, correct, but look at what team he plays for and the people in front of him, where are the minutes going to come from? There is speculation that he could be made available for trade, (earlier it was release, but with how he played today, I doubt that).

Wolters has bounced all around, and is now currently with the Bucks with Giannis.

Of the Jazz Orlando roster Chris Roberts, Gaffney and maybe Buford(less inconsistent than Christmas). Rest sucked too hard on D or BBIQ.

What about the Davis kid from BYU. I'm not saying he has a shot at the team but for a practice dummy he may be ok. That way they have a PR move and invite a local kid (which they did with Nelson from USU and the guard from USU a couple years ago) and they can help him out to get a contract overseas.

So what's going on with the Vegas summer league?
Thought Jazz were sending a team or combining with another?
Which team if so?
Is there a roster?

Alex Jensen is coaching the DLeague Select team. Players on it include Junior Sapp, Kyle Weaver, Brian Butch and Darnell Jackson all of whom have a Jazz connection in the past.

The League team won by 2 over Minnestoa a guard named Stephon Hannah from Missouri who played at Santa Cruz lit it up with 23. He's a point guard, Junior Sapp and Darnell Jackson were in double figures and Kyle Weaver looked like he had a solid game.

I would bring in Chris Roberts and Peyton Siva(if they cant get Raul Neto this year). If Detroit keeps Siva they would have 4 pg's on their roster. Siva averaged 7.8 pts/game 6 assists and 3 steals with a 6/1.5 Ast-TO ratio
