So, my daughter just moved there. What is there to do? She's already way impressed with the redneck street lights that hang from wires.

She will be very lonely if she doesn't have any first cousins to date.

There's four things that come to mind when I think of Kentucky:

Incest, chicken, horses, and their really good college team the Louisville Cardinals.

Yes. I shall not name the school for fear of getting negged to oblivion by the local post hound.

I'm happy for her. She smartly chose to go to the best school of the state. What undergrad is she doing?

BS with the ultimate goal of getting her MBA. She graduated high school early and already has a semester of college under her belt and she's not even 18 yet. She decided that SLCC was a bust and moved up the food chain. Must take after her mom because I couldn't have done the same at her age.

Smart girl. I had a lot of courses completed via AP exams going into University as well. It seems like she probably has a good work ethic-- which is probably the most important skill to have when it comes to things like this.

I'm going into the third year of my BS, and my brother is gonna be doing his MBA pretty soon. At my school though, most people don't get a BS degree if they're getting an MBA. They'll either get a BA, or a business undergrad degree. But every school works differently

PS: congrats to you and the old lady, Oreillycephalus. I definitely hope that my kids will be on track like yours.
