Following potential 2014 draftees

Durant averaged 25.

Carmello averaged 22.

This dude is suppose to be a superstar, rare is what you do.

Durant and Carmello had above average shots. Wiggin's main strength is driving to the rack, which he is very good at. However, on the college level, the lanes are more plugged up and they typically play a little more physically because everybody sucks. Since Wiggin's can't shoot...actually, Kansas doesn't have too many good shooters, the lane is going to get plugged up and he won't be able to drive as well. It's going to be a difficult transition for him at first.

Durant was offensively further ahead and had less of a team than Wiggins will have.
I think most people know that Wiggins has limitless potential but also needs a couple more seasons to hone his offensive game.

It's not like Kansas has any returning Juniors who were prominent on the team. If Wiggins is as good as advertised he should be able to drop 20 per game, at least.

Wiggins is overrated. He has the potential to be a star, but there are a lot of things he needs to fix with his game. People are hyping him a little too much.

I said it better.

Requires context. He's overhyped for what he could do today in the league. His upside/future is not overhyped.
