Who will Rondo get traded to?

He's not staying with those suckers. Tried to trade him enough. Gave up all his help. He has to be pissed at Bostoners faux management.

How do we get him?

**** yes!

I've been waiting for someone smart (other than me) to start this thread so I wouldn't have to.

We do badly and pick up Parker (6'8 SF/PF)
We pick up TJ Warren with the GSW pick (6'8 SG/SF .... SHARP shooter)

We grab Rondo and pay the max.
Still have the room to re-sign the first of those that need re-signed.

Rondo/Burke
Hayward/Rush/Warren
Parker/Warren/Hayward
Kanter/Parker
Favors/Gobert

Trade Burks and a 2nd for another PF.

Not advocating but in a trade I'd say Burke, Hayward and two #1's.

And then you'd probably have to be prepared to offer a max deal after 2014-15 season.

Too much. I give them Burke or Burks and draft picks. I'd give them our pick top 5 protected and Golden States pick. They can have rights to Neto also

LOL - then you'd never get him. All Stars don't get traded from big markets to small markets unless they overpay.

Maybe if he was expiring.

You're betting the farm. Point is stacked right now, strongest position in the league. Rondo isn't pulling that weight in this league.

Take Rondo off Celts hands and they are guaranteed a 1/3rd shot at Wiggims. Give them a guaranteed loser and couple picks with protection. And Burks for good measure.

That's right Rondo is an All-Star at the position with the most talent in the NBA - what does that tell you? He is also right up there with Paul and LeBron at making the players around him better.

My guess is out of the core players in Utah, Ainge would want Hayward - Boston would want Hayward. The Celtics are gonna suck big time next year and Ainge needs to throw a white boy who can ball at their fans to make them forget about how bad they are and that he traded two HOF'ers for nothing. I don't think there's any way around it.

Of course the smart move is to wait until he become a free agent after next year and throw max money at him.

Uggggghhh.

I'm puking my guts out over the content of this thread.

Lol

Holy ****! You guys would make terrible GM's

TBH, I love the way Rondo plays, but I don't trust that he would stay healthy enough to make him worth how much he would get.

Meh, taking Rondo off their hands gives them Parker, Wiggins, or Randle. That should be enough if they really want to part with Rondo.

I'd throw in Burks, Gobert, Burke, or Neto plus any combo of draft picks.

Just not giving them any of the C3 (Hayward, Kanter, Favors). Besides, you need a player like Hayward to compliment Rondo.

I'm just throwing this out here, because I don't think we'll ever see Rondo in Utah, but how does Rubio compare to Rondo?

I can't really say that I've seen Rubio play that much, so I was just curious.

Sell Burke while he still has some perceived value. I'd also throw in a first in 2015.
