Just a little fyi, ordinary citizens can buy rocket launchers, cannons, etc. Hasn't seemed to be too big of an issue. Can't remember hearing of a crime where someone used any of those things to gain an advantage.

Anarchy exists to some extent within any black market economy. It results in people protecting their interests with violence. I believe we need a government that can enforce contracts, protect basic liberties and provide national defense so that an aggressive foreign power can't come in and take it all away.
