What's new

For those Jazz fans that LURK here but don't post

Long time lurker, but never really felt the need to interject because I feel like the established posters here already cover all the bases. Never really wanted to add clutter, but now seemed like a good time to start.

I'm recently partially retired, just working part-time now (to pass the time), so I may actually start posting.

My favorite player is Hayward and I think he is going to take the league by storm this year and contend for an All-Star spot, but narrowly get beat out by Kobe in a "life-time achievement" pick by the coaches.

How long does it take for moderators to approve new post?

From my experience when I was new it varies between a couple minutes and half a day. Just get the 10 posts done quickly by adding a funny pun here and there and then you don't have to bother with those restrictions any longer.

I post on occasion, but work keeps me busy. Always interesting things to read though, I try and write about the Jazz to random NBA news sites mearly as a hobby to pass time. Love the Jazz despite growing up in Portland

If you do another piece just link it to us, I'd be interested to read your articles.

I'll gladly do that, sometimes just don't know where to post it or if I should just create a new thread.

Just create a thread where you collect them? I mean you do it for online newspaper kind of platforms, right? So I guess your popularity might depend on the number of hits your articles receive. Never hurts to link your web content via facebook/twitter/jazzfanz. Maybe it stems content to light up a discussion or you get asked for some "behind the scenes" questions you asked Favors or whoever you talked to for an interview that didn't fit the article but you think is interesting and "share-worthy" nonetheless(confidential off the record things you shouldn't share ofc...)

Welcome, KoW. Nice to have you aboard. You live in Idaho?

How did you get involved doing that?
