You trying to dethrone me, Tom?
Sorry Weez... I look at it more as an interdependent venture.

Still one game, and a preseason one at that.
82 games is a long grind, especially those 3 in 4 night stretches, and road games.
A lot of basketball to be played, let's not get ahead of ourselves.
There were some promising things that we saw in one preseason game.
Let's not jump right into 42 wins just yet. Lets see how the first 10 regular season games go.
Lol that joke will be the longest run of the Year it seems.
He'll hit 100 in no time.

My thoughts were the the Core 5 looked good. Jefferson has some rust. Beans to me looked worthless (I realize it's one preseason game). Jeremy looked good, Gobert looked good, Dominic McGuire ought to stick. JLIII looked good Machado did not and two guys I thought looked good in limited minutes were Mike Harris and Justin Holliday. I realize both are long shots to make the roster but showed they could play at least on one night.
I still see us as the Blazers of last year. Will lose a lot of games at the end due to inexperience. Fatigue will get to us as our bench is much worse than we think.

You may very well be right, but I am of the mindset that the bench will be pretty competent this year. We seem much deeper than the blazer bench of last year. just consider that if Burks can be a somewhat efficient scorer and if John Lucas the 3rd can be consistent, we should be at least average as far as the bench goes. The following Bench Lineup isn't bad:
Lucas
Burks
Jefferson (assuming Rush starts when healthy)
Marvin Williams (stretch 4)/Jeremy Evans
Biendris (Gobert could be ready by February or March)

I doubt we will see this lineup other than in the last minutes of a game that we are losing badly. A guy or two will come out here and there. What team subs in there whole bench at once?
Lol i love how smoothly you are telling the over enthusiasmoration after the first preseason game.Still one game, and a preseason one at that.
