Preseason Game: The Jazz @ Lakers ...Countdown to the Regularity...

Gobert keeps getting open looks point blank and then passing it, hes afraid

These two other PG scrub they brought in are not going to cut it. I hear the Tins train coming into the station

Agree. But does it have to be Cookie?

Cookie is someone who will be useful for 10 min. He's got experience and ability to knock down the shots behind the arc. It seems he can make more contribuition to the team than Evans can do.

P.S. cookie nickname does not belong to me. Orlando fans were calling him as cookie when he was playing for them. A lil bit about his defense too.

He passed it like three times on an open look. So timid.

Tins would be a vast improvement over machado.

Sloan would have ripped 12 A-Holes in Gobert tonight.

John Lucas III looks a hell of a lot more like Keith McLeod III.

Burks had a nice game. Though I think he could have driven to the basket. I want to see Clark start at PG.

Dude the Clipps are going to rape us and rip us open tomorrow.

Clips = the dude on the table

Us = the other dude's hands

Jazz actually gave guaranteed money to Ian Clark?

He should take some of that cash and hire a shooting coach - his mechanics are awful.

Locke killed me on his "oh my!!" as Machado stole the ball, ran around like a jackrabbit, and launched a horrendous airball! Ha ha

Gobert is not NBA-ready, can't get PT
Favors can be DPOY one day
Some chemistry between Hayward-Kanter and Favors-Burks
Kanter looks timid and dumb on defense, can't rebound, but can score confidently
Burks should be the starting PG
Hayward needs to step up, lead this group

Regarding Ian Clark's guaranteed money: according to Sham Sports he has $200K guaranteed this season, which means the Jazz are paying him for the first ~33 games. Expect him to stick that long unless someone really outplays him at a position where the need is greater.
