The way the ping pong balls are sorted and drawn appears fair and random. However, the key to making it fair is the number combinations on the board and the number of combinations each team gets. I assume the teams are vetting that.

That was the hope when Randle was still in the picture. If he were to explode and get into the top 4 again it could help us.

Cleveland has made some bizarre picks in the past. Boston could decide to trade Rondo and draft a PG. You just never know. If Jabari were to have bad workouts, perhaps. Or maybe the Jazz could move up a spot by offering the 3rd or 4th place team the GS pick. Unlikely, but not impossible.

picking Anthony Bennett 1st was a bizzare.

****in team has had lebron, irving, and now bennet at #1 in the span of what? ****in team is on the tank now again. Pathetic franchise.
 
I think there needs to be a rule to prevent teams who do back to back tanking from getting into the lotto. This is gona be sickening if they end up with #1 AGAIN.

That's my anti-tank rule change, only 4 top 5 picks every 10 years. On the 5th chance, the best you can do is 6th pick. Can you imagine the serious non-tanking going on in weak draft years?

I've had a couple mock drafts on ESPN where Parker goes 4th.
