Rebounds again???

What was the story with rebounds? 39-28. Dwill with 5 is our top rebounder? Jefferson 4, Millsap 2. Clippers with 14 offensive boards. Did we forget how to box out again?

Glad we got the win though.

Good point, loap. Also, CJ outscored the entire Clipper bench by himself.

Those stats are good and all but it was the team defense in the 2nd half that won this game. We gave up 60 points in the 1st half. The 3rd quarter we came out with a defensive mentality and gave up just 14 points.

It's remarkable how few wins that Clippers team has, considering the talent they can run out there (esp when Kaman plays). Griffin will win some games by himself. I'd expect them to win at least 35 games this year on talent alone.

It definitely helped putting more length out there against Griffin late in the game - seems like Elson was able to bother him pretty well.

Click Go advanced after clicking edit and it will work. You can even do it after making your changes and it still works.

Out of all the bad teams in the league, I think they have the most talent. Eventually, they'll start winning some games. But 35 might be a tad optimistic, yes.

He WOULD expect. As in, they have enough talent to win at least 35 games, but they inexplicably won't.

Props to the coaching staff to go zone, then leaving Elson on Griffin in 4th. Locke said Fran held Blake to 2pts and 1 rebound in fourth.

Part of the reason for the rebounding disparity was due to how bad our defense was in the first half and how many uncontested shots the Clippers got. I can't remember the exact number, but I thought they shot over 60% from the field in the first half.
